Tot School Tuesdays (Ella is 26 months old)

Ella is starting to get very interested in letters. She calls them all 'A' :)

Ella got very frustrated with our new Melissa & Doug Lacing Cards

So she decided to ride the horse instead :)

We have been doing tons of art!

And tons of swimming in Grandma & Grandpa's new pool :) This picture was taken at the beginning of one of our first visits. Now Ella is a little fish and will probably be swimming on her own by the end of summer!

We turned Ella into an experiment with static electricity.

We've been doing lots, but I haven't been great about remembering to take pictures. I'll have to focus on that this week!

See what others are doing for tot school:

  1. Great pictures! I visited this post from we teach we're bloggers. I'm also subscribed to your blog via email.

I have some posts with ways to use magnetic letters if you're interested. http://beginningreadinghelp.blogspot.com/search/label/Magnetic%20Letters

P.S. I think the pictures and text look good.

  2. Thanks for checking it out for me Michelle! And, thanks for the link to your magnetic letter ideas:) The pictures and text look ok, but they take a lot of time to try and get them to line up even reomtly close to ok. I'm going to try Windows Live Writer.

  4. What beautiful children!

And the blog looks great to me, using Safari as browser to view it. I use Blogger too, switched to the new editor recently, but it still has a mind of its own. I love the new preview feature because at least i get a chance to see what the page will look like properly now.

One trick I learnt is to write my posts in rtf, then copy and paste into the html editor, NOT the compose editor, but you likely do that already? Fonts etc don't go weird that way.

    Susan from we teach.

  7. oh my goodness, your kiddos are so gorgeous--and I love that you shared Ella straying from the intended activity. She'd be best buddies with my Cora I bet...

    Looks great to me!
